AI Personality Types is operated by GrowthUP Partners. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we need to deliver your result and stay in touch if you choose.

What we collect

  • Your first name, last name, and email address (provided by you on the result form).
  • Your answers to the 36 assessment questions.
  • Your calculated scores and AI Personality Type.
  • Basic analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy friendly, no cookies, no personal tracking).

How we use it

  • To calculate and display your AI Personality Type result.
  • To email you a copy of your result.
  • To send occasional emails about AI adoption, the assessment, and our workshops. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the assessment instrument over time using aggregate, anonymized data.

Email and your consent

When you tick the consent box and submit the assessment, you are giving your explicit opt-in consent to receive: (1) your AI Personality Type result, and (2) occasional emails from GrowthUP Partners and The Human-Centric Leader about AI adoption, the assessment, and related workshops and offers. We only email you if you give this consent, and we record it with your submission. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing [email protected], and we will stop emailing you.

What we do not do

  • We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
  • We never share your individual answers with anyone outside GrowthUP Partners.
  • We do not use tracking cookies or third party advertising pixels.
  • We do not store your IP address or Turnstile verification token.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a secure, encrypted database) and in MailerLite (our email provider, used to deliver your result and emails). Both services are GDPR compliant.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or removal/deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We action removal requests promptly and will confirm once your data has been deleted.
